Divisions

Teachers Transfer Department

Tasks:

  •  Preparing the annual teacher transfer plan from one educational directorate to another according to their specializations, the existing requirements and their preferences to the target location they may request.

Distribution Department

Tasks:

  •  Specifying locations and targets for new graduates and teachers based on certain rules, their respective specializations and regional needs.
  •  Performing work services for all staff.

Needs Department

Tasks:

  •  To specify the need and required number of teachers each year.
  •  To provide the Ministry's need for teachers in all branches and areas of specialization.

Teachers Affairs Unit

Tasks:

  •  Facilitate and organize all kinds of communication between teachers and the department
  •  Providing a modern inquiry system based on the latest technology

Studies Unit

Tasks:

  •  Preparing researches and studies related to teachers affairs
  •  Preparing reports and recommendations in educational management
