State's principles and values requires that everyone should be allowed to enjoy their rights and offers an open-door policy to guardians, ministry guarantees the right to everyone to submit complaints and request to address injustice or correcting errors and omissions.
Ministry also guarantees to everyone all the rights of self-expression as well as to give advice and suggestions, with a view to achieve public interest to this end, and in application of the ministry's charter that requires the provision of service to customers, ministry has taken the following steps:
- Providing safe and convenient online methods to submit complaints and suggestions through the Tawasul system. This system allows users to upload congratulations, complaints and suggestions to HE the Minister and follow-up on their uploaded materials via e-mail and text messages.
- Linking the complaints and suggestions submission mechanism to the e-Communications system.
- Providing several the application once submitted by sending text messages and e-Mails. Applicants can use the application number and their ID card number to follow up on the submitted complaints or suggestions via the different versions of the ministry's portal and via the ministry's smartphone application.
- Using modern means of communication such as e-Mails and text messages to provide information about applications including info on several applications and their status of processing per stage.
