State believes in giving Education opportunity to everyone, especially to the children of expatriates’ communities; for this Ministry of Education has put in place some Rules, which allows Non-Saudis to complete their School Studies.
Student needs to submit Last Educational Certificate attested by Official Authorities to prove their Success.
Admission in Intermediate First Class:
Student needs submission of Primary Level Sixth Standard Passing Certificate or Equivalent attested by Competent Official Authorities.
Admission in Intermediate Second Class:
Student needs submission of Primary Level Sixth Standard Certificate or Equivalent Passing Document Certificate, of First Class Secondary attested by Competent Official Authorities.
Admission in Intermediate Third Class:
Student needs to submit Primary Level Sixth Standard Certificate or Equivalent with Passing Document Certificate, of Second Class Secondary attested by Competent Official Authorities.
Admission in Secondary First Class:
Submission of Original Passing Form or Certificate of Intermediate Third Class (Preparatory) or Equivalent attested by Official Authorities.
Admission in Secondary Second Class (Arts – Science Sections):
Submission of Original Passing Form/Certificate of Intermediate Third Class or Equivalent with Passing Document Secondary First Class (General Education) or Equivalent, showing Subjects and earned Grades of each, attested by Official Authorities, for those seeking admission into science section.
Admission in General Secondary Certificate:
Submit Original Passing Form of Intermediate Third Class or Equivalent with Passing Document to prove Secondary Second Class (General Education) or Equivalent showing Subjects and Section attested by Official Authorities.
Competent Educational Authorities are responsible for preparing Qualified and Disciplined Teachers for all Educational Levels, for to be self-sufficient as per the Time-Plan. The Educational Authorities will expand it to Teachers Institutes, and Colleges of Education, for all Subjects in proportion with the needs of the Country in the limited Time Plan.
Administrative and Educational Bodies have to be in harmony for realizing Educational Goals, that were highlighted in previous Subjects, which are Islamic Character, Academic Level, and Educational Preparation. To Encourage Students who are engaged in pursuing Institutes and Colleges that prepare for teacher placements, there shall be Material and Social privileges above other positions. Additionally, a specialized Cadre (Ladder) for Teachers shall be put to raise their profile, encouraging them to carrying out Education Mission with Sincerity and Honesty, and guarantee their continuation in Education Cadre.
Teachers are allowed to pursue Education, to qualify for Higher Ranks in their Specializations, and Educational Authorities should have to Set Regulations for this purpose.
