Most used e-Systems:

​Majority of clients of the ministry are students, so mostly the e-Services of the ministry of Education are meant for students.

Following are the most used e-Services of the ministry's e-Services platform:

Query Request Service:
Service is for answering student's questions, and provide them information about academic and financial issues. The student have to choose the type of the query academic or financial prior to ​submitting it to the cultural mission.

Financial Guarantee Request:
Student or the supervisor can use this feature to request a financial guarantee for students through student portal or through safeer workflow systems. When a request is submitted, it will be processed according to the rules and regulations of the related cultural mission and either be accepted or rejected.

Flight Ticket Request:
Student or the supervisor can use this feature to request an airplane ticket for students through student portal or through safeer workflow systems. when a request is submitted, it will be processed according to the rules and regulations of the related cultural mission, and either be accepted or rejected.

Compensation Request:
Student or the supervisor can use this feature to request compensation. Only the existing students are entitled to use this service by adding compensation details to the request, such as type of compensation and the value of compensation and submit it.

Financial Guarantee Request (for the purpose of obtaining admission):
Student or the supervisor can use this feature to request a financial guarantee for students for the purpose of obtaining a university or language learning institute admission through student portal or through safeer workflow systems. When a request is submitted, it will be processed according to the rules and regulations of the related cultural mission and either be accepted ​or rejected.

Recently Launched e-Services:

Ministry of Education is endeavoring to achieve its goal of applying e-Governance, and shifting its services to the electronic form with motto "A ministry without papers". To accomplish this ministry is gradually launching new e-Services.

The following are the recently launched e-Services of the Ministry of Education:

Request for Qualification Authentication:
Student or the supervisor can use this service to request an authentication for the qualifications of the student. The student or the supervisor should enter details about the qualification and submit the request.

Request for Private Classes:
Student can use this service to request taking extra classes with a private tutor to improve his/her performance. After the student provides information about the class and the private tutor and submit it, the request will be processed according to the regulations of the related cultural mission and either be accepted or rejected.

Profile Activation Request for Students Studying on their Own Expense:
This service can be used after a student submits a request for studying abroad on their own expenses and gets the approval from the Ministry of Education. Afterwards the student can request the activation of his/her profile using this service.

No Objection Form:
Saudi students in Jordan who are requested to fill the no objection form can do that by using the e- Portal of the Saudi Arabian cultural mission in Jordan or through the student's supervisor using Safeer platform.

Cancellation of Scholarship Delay Request:
Students who requested to delay their scholarship and obtained the approval for the delay, can now cancel the delay request using this service through the e-Portal of the related cultural mission or through Safeer workflow platform.

Most used Five Services:


  1. Recommended Universities (Jameaa) Service :
  2. Site visitor, through this service, can find universities by state/city/university name/specialization, and to know the status of the university in terms of accreditation, disciplines and scientific grades.

  3. External Scholarship Application Service:
  4. Through this service, students can apply for an external scholarship for the country and specialization he wants, provided that he should comply with the scholarship terms.

  5. Internal Scholarship Application Service:
  6. Through this service, students can apply for a full or partial scholarship in one of the private universities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  7. Attestation Request Service (CLA) :
  8. Attestation Request Service (academic certificates, master/bachelor certificates, etc.) for the faculty member, contracted with Saudi universities.

  9. Participate in a Conference Service:
  10. Saudi faculty members of government universities submit a request to the ministry through the university management for participating in a scientific conference outside of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Latest Five Services:

Visa Ser​​vice for Non-Saudis Grant System: 
Dealing electronically with visa applications for students having external scholarship.

Reminder Service for University Data Update:
This service sends e-Mail messages to universities that did not update their data, informing the universities to take necessary steps to update their data. 

Services for the Custodian of the two Holy Mosques' Program to help Syrian Students:
Syrian students living in the kingdom can apply for a scholarship to study in one of Saudi Arabia non-medical universities.

Follow-up Service for University Projects:
Through this system ministry can follow projects ​​​​added by universities (construction projects).

Service for Proposing Specialization to Recommended Universities (Jameaa) System:
​Cultural missions can recommend to the ministry for adoption of a particular university where the cultural missions are located​.​​​​
