Helping People With Disabilities

The Ministry of Education has enabled individuals with special needs to benefit from the diversified services via its e-Portal. Beneficiaries can communicate with the Ministry through instant conversation with the Technical Support Team by filling in the Contact Us form. They can submit their suggestions or communicate directly with officials via the Message to an Official service. The Ministry strives to communicate with all beneficiaries as promptly as possible.

Moreover, visitors may report any difficulties encountered by individuals with special needs using the Report a Content icon at the bottom of each page in the e-Portal.

Font Size

The e-Portal enables users to adjust the text's size by using the Font Size link on the toolbar at the top of the page. Visitors may pass the mouse cursor across the hyperlinks or the hypertexts on the page. They can be amplified or enlarged for increasing visibility and simplifying access to the required link.

Standard Colors

The e-Portal enables you to change its standard theme color using the links on the toolbar. This option may provide a joyful, convenient, and clear reading experience.

Auto Reader

At the top of each subject in the e-Portal, there is the "Automatic Reader" service and online text-to-speech reader. This service may help avoid download/upload of any software or payment of any fees. Visitors may select any text for auto-reading, which may help individuals with visual impairment or dyslexia.
