​​​​Conditions for accepting non-Saudi students in State and private schools *​

  1. Children of non-Saudis are accepted according to the percentage issued by Cabinet Resolution No. 65 of 5/3/1409 AH, which is set at 15% for the three stages. It shall be applied at the district or governorate level, provided that this does not entail an increase in the number of teachers or classes, nor does it entail renting additional buildings. The children of Saudi women who are non-Saudi fathers are excluded from this percentage, and children of Gulf Cooperation Council citizens, children of displaced tribes holding five-year cards and, in their similar conditions, and members of the Yemeni community, and children of diplomats who hold a diplomatic card.​
  2. ​If vacancies are available in the school after the completion of the registration of Saudi students, and those who are treated as Saudis, then non-Saudis who have valid legal residency will be selected for the vacant seats. As for the first grades of the intermediate and secondary stages, the admission will be with the beginning of the second round exam after the completion of the deportation of students Successful Saudis in the first round, and reserving seats for those who completed them.
  3. The preference for non-Saudis over the remaining vacant seats is based on the following priorities:
    1. Children of contracting with the government sector residing in the Kingdom who are registered in the previous academic year in government schools, and preference is given to those born in the Kingdom.
    2. New students from the children of contracting with the government sector who were transferred from private schools.
    3. In the event that there are vacant seats according to the specified percentage, the children of contractors with the private sector are registered and the priorities applied to the children of contracting with the government sector apply to them.
  4. The conditions for admission and equivalencies are applied to the student, and he must present his original required academic documents that he obtained from abroad to be equated and accepted in the appropriate class.

    Important Notes:
    1. The academic documents must be certified by the educational authority in the country of arrival, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Saudi Embassy or the Cultural Attaché.
    2. Whoever has a study interruption, he is required to bring an official statement certified by the educational authority in the country of arrival or a declaration from the guardian stating that he has not obtained any academic qualification during the period of absence​

  7. It is required to bring the original end-of-basic education form for Egyptian students wishing to enroll in the secondary stage, or the original statement of the grades of a student in the Basic Education Completion Certificate Examination, or the original official transcript to demonstrate success, or the original notification of a student’s result in the Basic Education Completion Certificate Examination, after its approval. By the Egyptian Ministry of Education with the stamp of the Republic logo with the ratifications of the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Saudi Consulate.
  8. A student who holds certificates for secondary transfer classes from any vocational majors at the secondary stage that are not equivalent. He is considered for admission to the appropriate grade after the last certificate proving success in public education is equivalent.
  9. Any student who obtained the final secondary school qualification, or vocational secondary school in its various specializations, is not allowed to repeat the secondary school in the Kingdom.
  10. ​Those who do not meet these conditions, or those who do not have vacant seats are transferred to private schools to public schools after the end of the first semester, because their admission to government schools is subject to these controls and procedures for the selection of vacant seats at the beginning of each academic year, in order to achieve justice And equality for all.​​
