The electronic portal of the Ministry of Education has provided th​e opportunity for electronic social participation and interaction through a meaningful and useful presentation with the importance of commitment and raising the level of dialogue by adhering to the following controls:

    1. Respect the teachings and etiquette of the true Islamic religion and the prevailing national customs and traditions.
    2. Respect the relevant official laws and regulations.
    3. Respect the etiquette of dialogue and avoid racism, sectarianism, hateful tribalism, slander, and belittling others and their efforts.
    4. Show Seriousness, direct rela​tionship to the subject of discussion, objectivity, clarity, and brevity.
    5. Express appreciation and respect for the other party by using the most appreciative and respectful expressions.
    6. Observe the rules of the classical Arabic language, dictation, and spelling as much as possible.
    7. Investigate accuracy in the transmission of the noble Qur’anic verses and the noble Prophetic sayings, with importance and reference to the source of the Holy Book of Allah and the books of the Sahih.
    8. Demonstrate  respect to the laws and intellectual property rights.
    9. Not to publish personal data such as names, contact details, and addresses.
    10. Avoid marketing or promotion to any other party.
    11. Not to misuse the Ministry's systems for electronic participation​.​​
