
The Ahad Al-Masarha Intermediate School team, representing the Jazan region, was awarded the Boys' Elite Schools Football League Cup by His Excellency Dr Saad Al-Harbi, the Vice Minister of Education for General Education, and His Excellency Mr. Bader Al-Qadi, the Vice Minister of Sports. This presentation took place following the final competitions held in Jeddah, attended by Dr Saleh Al-Arifi, the president of the Saudi School Sports Federation, Mr. Majid Al-Saheb, the Acting Secretary General of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, and various officials and staff from the sports and education sectors.

The Ahad Al-Masarha Intermediate School Team was crowned champions after defeating the Al-Nu'man Bin Bashir Intermediate School Team, which represents the Al-Qassim region, with a score of 3-0 in the final match.
In the match for third and fourth place, the King Khalid Intermediate School team, representing the Eastern Province, secured third place and bronze medals by defeating the Al-Muhallab Bin Abi Sufrah Intermediate School team, which represents Taif Governorate, with a score of 4-0.
As for the individual awards, Yasser Makoua from the Jazan region received the Best Goalkeeper award, while Abdulrahman Al-Awwad from the Qassim region was honored with the Best Player award. Additionally, Abdulrahman Al-Shammari from the Eastern Province took home the Top Scorer award.

The Schools League competitions are part of collaborative efforts to discover and develop promising sporting talents across various regions and governorates of the Kingdom. This initiative involves a partnership between the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Sports, the Saudi Football Federation, and the Saudi School Sports Federation. These organizations work together to promote sports participation and cultivate a generation of athletes who can represent the nation in the future.
