It aims to discover, nurture, and qualify talented students, enabling them to represent the Kingdom at international scientific forums. The program offers comprehensive scientific and training pathways that begin in schools and culminate in international competitions.

The Saudi Science and Engineering Team comprised 40 male and female students who showcased high-quality scientific projects. They were selected after successfully navigating multiple stages of evaluation and qualification, culminating in a nationwide competition. In this competition, over 357,000 students participated, submitting more than 34,000 scientific projects across 22 fields, as part of the National Olympiad for Scientific Creativity “Ibdaa 2026."
