The Ministry of Education is taking part in the Municipal Investment Forum (FURAS 2023), in its second edition, which is being held in Riyadh until January 26 and is being organized by the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing. The event is attended by numerous ministries, government agencies, and the private sector.
Through its participation in the forum, the Ministry aims to highlight the investment opportunities provided by the Kingdom's education sector, whose economic returns are expected to reach 27 trillion riyals in a total of government and private spending, while highlighting the components and attractiveness of the educational market in the Kingdom.
In the context of the ministry's role in empowering the educational sector, its pavilion reviewed the approved paths of privatization in the education sector as well as the role of educational associations and institutions through numerous projects that enhance the role of the private sector in supporting and diversifying the national economy and achieving its sustainability.
Visitors and interested parties are being flocked to the Ministry of Education's pavilion at the FURAS Forum to assess the most notable opportunities the Ministry has to offer for investment in the educational sectors under the national investment policy. In addition, the successes of the Educational Facilities Program are being highlighted in increasing the percentage of investment in private education and areas of investment in education, starting with kindergarten, general education stages, English language institutes, private educational supervision and training centers, private training institutes, and partnerships with universities and colleges.
