His Excellency the Minister of Education, Dr. Hamad bin Muhammad Al Al-Sheikh, will participate tomorrow, Tuesday, in the G20 education ministerial meeting , which will be held in Catania, Italy.
The Education ministerial meeting , under the G20 Italian presidency , discusses a number of priorities on the repercussions of the Corona pandemic on the educational sector, and the future of the education system, as well as benefiting from the experiences gained in the educational community during the pandemic.
The agenda of the G20 Education Ministerial meeting includes the participation of a number of ministers with interventions highlighting the efforts and strategies that have been implemented in their countries during the Corona pandemic, and their contribution to enhancing the flexibility of education systems and ensuring the quality of education for each student.
The meeting comes within the continuous work, meetings of the G20 Education Working Group , in which the Kingdom played a major role in re-introducing the Education Working Group again on the agenda of the G20 Summit in the year of the G20 Kingdom's presidency in the previous session 2020.
His Excellency the Minister of Education is scheduled tomorrow, Tuesday, to participate in the G20 joint ministerial session of the ministers of education , employment and labor, which will address methods and ways to address the issue of the transition from education to work.
