The Education and Training Evaluation Commission launches the Windows of Education and Training Status Room dedicated to education departments

The Education and Training Evaluation Commission launched the national digital initiative "The Windows of the Education and Training Status Room" today, Thursday, April 9, 2026, in the presence of His Excellency the Vice Minister of Education for General Education, Dr. Saad bin Awwadh Al-Harbi, and the Commission's President, Dr. Waleed bin Mohammed Al-Saleh, with the participation of ministry and commission leaders and directors of education departments.
These windows represent an advanced stage in the development of the Education and Training Status Room, which the Commission launched in early 2025. Each education department has been assigned its own perspective, allowing it to directly access and analyze its performance data from a specific location. This capability enhances the department's ability to identify gaps and formulate suitable improvement plans and interventions.

The Vice Minister of Education for General Education highlighted the critical need to base educational decisions on precise data and thorough evaluations. He commended the Commission's efforts to enhance the education ecosystem and carry out national tests and initial school assessments. He also urged educational leaders to use data effectively and implement practical strategies to improve educational results.

The President of the Education and Training Evaluation Commission confirmed that the commission consistently conducts rigorous national evaluation programs with the Ministry of Education. He asserted that these programs apply robust measurement and evaluation methods to generate actionable data, spur educational progress, raise quality, and support the ambitious goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
His Excellency added that the Commission prioritizes sharing data and detailed reports with stakeholders, believing in the role of this data in development and improvement processes, and in raising efficiency through reliable, highly credible outputs.
The windows of the status room provide added value by standardizing the reading of educational performance. They address issues related to data fragmentation, allowing stakeholders to access thorough and trustworthy analyses. These analyses facilitate the integration between the Ministry of Education and the Education and Training Evaluation Commission. The windows also contribute to proactive planning, improved spending efficiency, and alignment of educational policies with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. As a result, they foster a more prepared and competitive human capital.
These windows feature comprehensive data and indicator presentations with automatic, continuous updates, high flexibility for trend identification, and detailed reports at various levels, enabling a thorough diagnosis of strengths and opportunities for improvement within each educational administration.
The Education and Training Status Room is based on a massive database comprising over 23 billion data points, more than 300 interactive dashboards, over 3,000 analytical elements, and more than 3.5 billion numerical values, reflecting the depth and accuracy of its analyses in supporting decision-making.
This advanced digital environment represents a national decision-making tool that relies on assessment, measurement, and accreditation data, along with data from relevant stakeholders, while providing dedicated windows for each education department to maximize the utilization of this data
