The speech of the Crown Prince reinforces the Kingdom's contribution to the international initiatives and programs that raise the quality of education and its economies, and deliver its message, specifically in light of the Covid-19 pandemic, in addition to the continuation of the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdul Aziz and his trusted Crown Prince, HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman in the participation of the countries of the world in extending a helping hand to low-income countries to face the challenges they face in the education sector.
The Crown Prince’s speech at the “Global Education Summit” confirms the Kingdom’s interest in educating children in the countries of the world, and its belief in the necessity of delivering education to all children of the world, in line with the fourth goal of the sustainable development goals of the United Nations Agenda 2030, which states, “ensuring quality and equitable and inclusive education for all and promoting lifelong learning opportunities.
The speech indicates to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's donation of (3) three million US dollars to support the Global Partnership Strategy for Education 2025, which confirms the Kingdom's contribution to everything that would achieve development, prosperity, and peace for the peoples of the world.
The speech affirms the Kingdom’s keenness on the education sector, by including education as the main file on the agenda of the Kingdom’s presidency of the G20 2020, and that education is a core component of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, in addition to the Kingdom’s interest in the education sector, as it is an essential pillar in building the human being. The Kingdom has proven its strength and success in the continuity of education without interruption despite the conditions of the pandemic, through the multiplicity of the educational platforms that it launched, specifically the Madrasati platform, which today represents a Saudi global model in distance education.
