His Excellency the Minister of Education, Dr. Hamad bin Mohammed Al -Sheikh, met today, Wednesday, with Mr. James Cleverly, Minister of State for the Middle East and North Africa at the British Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, during his attendance at the Global Education Summit: Financing Partnership for Education 2021-2025 in London, the United Kingdom.
During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations between the two friendly countries, a review of the Kingdom’s efforts to support education through the Saudi Fund for Development and the King Salman Relief Center, and Saudi participation in the work of the summit currently being held in the British capital “London” and emphasizing the Kingdom’s role in supporting education worldwide
The two sides talked about the efforts of the Kingdom and its leadership to support and participate in the international community to finance the strategic plan of the Global Partnership for Education, and to contribute to drawing a road map for transforming education systems in the targeted countries, by exchanging best practices, studying the latest systems, and listening to experts and youth from all over the world. In addition to the aforementioned, it is benefiting from similar experiences and expertise.
