The Asian Physics Olympiad 2025 continues its activities on its fourth day in Dhahran. This event is organized by the Ministry of Education, the King Abdelaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity (Mawhiba), and King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM). The event featured a five-hour scientific test focused on comprehensive physics experiments. Tomorrow, students will engage in a theoretical test that includes primary questions along with sub-questions related to topics in renewable energy.

A unified scientific committee is responsible for preparing and overseeing the tests. This committee is composed of 10 members from the scientific team, 30 international experts, and professors from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), who will form the teams for the theoretical test. Additionally, four Saudi doctoral students who have previously participated in the Olympiad will be present.

The Olympiad's Scientific Committee is committed to ensuring linguistic equity for participants from various countries by preparing 25 test versions translated into 16 languages.

The organizational tasks were divided among 13 specialized tracks, involving 75 members and 50 volunteers from Mawhiba, the Mawhiba Association, and the Physics Club at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.

The event consisted of five daily scientific meetings for team leaders, each lasting over ten hours. During these meetings, participants discussed scientific questions, approved translations, and reviewed final corrections.

Additionally, the Olympiad featured a cultural and tourism program with ten events designed to enhance the students' experience and promote scientific and cultural exchange.
