In the presence of the Governor of the National Cybersecurity Authority,
The Minister of Education launches a cybersecurity awareness exhibition

His Excellency Yousef bin Abdullah Al-Benyan, the Minister of Education, officially launched this morning the Cybersecurity Awareness Exhibition. The Ministry of Education organized this event, which will run for four days, from October 19 to 22, at the ministry's headquarters in Riyadh. The exhibition coincides with Global Cybersecurity Awareness Month.
The Minister of Education toured the exhibition sections alongside His Excellency Eng. Majid bin Mohammed Al-Mazyed, the Governor of the National Cybersecurity Authority; Her Excellency Dr. Enas Al-Issa, the Vice Minister of Education; and various educational leaders. They received briefings on the interactive activities within the exhibition pavilions, which are designed to raise awareness of cybersecurity and provide methods for protection against cyber threats.

Minister Al-Benyan attended the opening ceremony of the exhibition, which included participation from education departments and several schools via remote access. His Excellency and the attendees viewed a visual presentation highlighting the Ministry's efforts in cybersecurity. Additionally, there was a cyber dialogue featuring male and female students discussing this important topic.
The Ministry of Education is organizing an exhibition themed "Do Not Open a Foothold" as part of its involvement in the National Cybersecurity Awareness Campaign. This exhibition aims to showcase initiatives that enhance cybersecurity, safeguard personal data, and emphasize the significance of adopting safe best practices in cyberspace.
The exhibition aims to raise awareness of cybersecurity among different segments of society and to create a secure and reliable online environment in Saudi Arabia. This initiative supports growth and success, aligning with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

The exhibition consists of six sections designed to raise awareness about various topics, including acceptable and safe use policies, the role of artificial intelligence in cybersecurity, the advantages of the cyber generation in protecting sensitive information, the significance of maintaining clean offices to prevent breaches, emerging hacking techniques, and interactive methods for tackling cyber challenges. In addition, several awareness-raising sessions will take place throughout the exhibition.
The exhibition features four awareness workshops that address key topics. They cover an acceptable use policy to protect people and the education ecosystem, how to use artificial intelligence safely and responsibly at work, social engineering, and how cyberculture affects how users behave.
