The Ministry of Education announces the start of applying for scholarship seats for the Bachelor of Medicine and Nursing

The Ministry of Education announced the start of applying for scholarship seats in the Bachelor of Human Medicine, Podiatry, and Nursing in the Republic of Ireland, within the track of health agreements between the two friendly countries.
The Ministry clarified that the application process for these majors is available from Monday, July 17 until Thursday, July 27, 2023, by visiting the Safeer 2 link at safeer2.moe.gov.sa  
The Ministry emphasized the need to meet a number of requirements and conditions to obtain a Bachelor of Human Medicine degree. These requirements include that the applicants should have a General Secondary School Certificate (Natural Sciences Department) with a cumulative average of not less than 95% and an IELTS score of at least 5.5 and not less than 5 in each component.
The General Aptitude Test (GAT) and the Standard Admission Test (SAT) scores must not be less than 85%, in addition to a number of special requirements for the bachelor’s degree in podiatry. The applicant should have a secondary school certificate (Natural Sciences Department) with a cumulative average of not less than 90% or its equivalent, and the GAT and SAAT scores should not be less than 80%. As for the nursing specialization, the applicant should obtain a general secondary certificate (Natural Sciences) with a cumulative average of not less than 80% and GAT and SAAT scores of not less than 70%.
