Verification of University Qualifications (Qualified)

Description

The Ministry of Education provides an electronic service that allows users to verify their academic qualifications online and offers a simple process to correct any errors in the data.

The ministry also enables the beneficiary to submit a request to add a new qualification if it does not appear. This service relies on the integrated data warehouse linked to all entities issuing educational certificates.

Registration for individuals: There are no conditions

Registration as an entity

• An Authorization letter from the entity's representative.
• An ID copy of the entity's representative.
• Commercial Registry (for the private sector only)

Service Level Agreement

• The expected time to close the request is five working days.
• In case of failure to respond according to the specified period, you can call the user Care Center 19996, 24 hours a day and seven days a week.

A Video on the service

• Log into the university portal through the following link: jameah.moe.gov.sa
• Select “Qualification Service" under Services at the bottom of the page.
• Enter the username and password.
• You can now take advantage of the service.Display qualifications:Select “My Qualifications" from the submenu after logging into the service.A window will appear that contains your qualifications If your academic qualifications are not displayed, please follow the following:Fill in the data availability request form (qualifications).Submit the form to the concerned educational institution through TWASUL service at the following link: https://tawasul.moe.gov.saEntity registration:Select "Register an Entity" from the submenu after accessing the service.Complete the required information.Attach the required documents.After filling in the information and attaching the files, click the "Submit" icon.The application has been sent and is awaiting approval from the MinistryVerification:Select "Qualification Service" from the submenu after logging in to the service.Enter the ID number of the person whose qualifications you want to verify, then click on the "Inquiry" icon

Display qualifications

• Select “My Qualifications" from the submenu after logging into the service.
• A window will appear that contains your qualifications

If your academic qualifications are not displayed, please follow

Entity registration

• Select "Register an Entity" from the submenu after accessing the service.
• Complete the required information.
• Attach the required documents.
• After filling in the information and attaching the files, click the "Submit" icon.
• The application has been sent and is awaiting approval from the Ministry

Verification

• Select "Qualification Service" from the submenu after logging in to the service.
• Enter the ID number of the person whose qualifications you want to verify, then click on the "Inquiry" icon
