Alternative channels for obtaining the service

Dear beneficiary: If  the service is not available electronically, you can call the user care center 19996, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, or contact the User Care Center TWASUL .

Controls and Conditions

1. The beneficiary owns school/schools that work and are registered in the Noor system.
2. There is an effective period for submitting requests.
3. The beneficiary has a previous decision approved two years ago or has an exception to submit a request to the school.
   

Service Level Agreement

The expected time to close the request: One working day.

If you don't receive a respond within the specified period, you can contact the user Care Center at 19996, available 24 hours a day, and seven days a week.
