If you do not receive a response within the specified period, you can contact the user Beneficiary Center at 19996, available 24 hours a day and seven days a week. Notice: All correspondence made through this service is registered and archived to ensure the quality of the service. ServiceProcedure 1. Log into the Noor system through the following link https://noor.moe.gov.sa/Noor/login.aspx. 2. Choose “Request to transfer to a school”. 3. Determine ( the Type of department, the education department to be transferred to – the school name). 4. Click on the “install” icon. ServiceRequirements1- The student must be registered in the Noor system and assigned to a class.2- The student must be linked to the guardian (father/mother) as the primary guardian to be able to transfer their child.3- There must be a vacancy in the school to which the transfer is requested.
