Description

The Ministry of Education provides an electronic service that enables owners of special education schools to submit requests to determine tuition fees and register them via the special education portal one year before the start of the school year. The Ministry of Education will not consider any fee changes after that period.​


Alternative channels for obtaining the service

Dear beneficiary: If  the service is not available electronically, you can call the User Care Center 19996, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, or contact the User Care Center TWASUL  




Controls and Conditions

  1. The beneficiary owns a school /schools that work and are registered in the Noor system.
  2. There is a specific period for submitting requests.
  3. The beneficiary is an owner of a newly established school or one that lacks a previously approved decision.

If you do not receive a response within the specified period, you can contact the user Care Center at 19996, available 24 hours a day and seven days a week.

  1. Log in to the private education portal website through the link https://fef.moe.gov.sa
  2. Determine the school for which to apply.
  3. Choose "Submit Request".

Procedures and instructions after applying for the service:

  1. Study and evaluate the request by the sub-committee in the education department to which the school belongs.
  2. Returning the request from the Education Department to the investor (if needed) to complete the data.
  3. Studying and evaluating the request from the main committee in the ministry.
  4. Announcing the decision of approving fees and notifying the investor by text message.
  5. Informing the investor of the result of the approved decision through the investor's account in the private education portal.
