An electronic service that enables the printing of academic certificates (replacement for lost/damaged) for general education students electronically and officially, without a stamp or signature, eliminating the need to visit the ministry headquarters or the school to certify the certificates.

Alternative Channels for Obtaining the Service

 Dear beneficiary, If the service is not available electronically, you can call the User Care Center 19996, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, or contact the User Care Center TWASUL  

Terms and Conditions

1-The applicant for the certificate printing must be currently enrolled or have previously studied.
2- Access is granted through the applicant's account on the "Madrasati" platform or via "Nafath."​

Mobile Apps:

1- Access your nataeji portal through the National Single Sign-On (Nafath) or through your Madrasti account, then click on "Login".
2-Select the icon based on the request type: Request for a replacement certificate (damaged or lost) / Certificate data modification / Certificate equivalency.
3- Complete the required information.
4-A verification code will be sent to the beneficiary's mobile number.
5-The parent or student can view the current year's certificate by clicking on the "Issue Electronic Certificate" icon.
6-Upon clicking "Issue Electronic Certificate", the certificate will be displayed, and you can view it by clicking "Issue Certificate".
7-You can add your personal email address to be notified when the certificate is issued.
8-You can view and download the certificate by clicking on the "Download Certificate" icon.

Procedures and instructions after applying for the service:

  1. The concerned education department studies the request.
  2. The request is executed by extracting the required certificate (the request may be canceled and notifying the student of the reason for cancellation via a text message).
  3. The student is notified by text message of the possibility of receiving the certificate he identified from the Education Department.
  4. The certificate is delivered to the student or his authorized representative at the location of the Education Department specified by the student.

 

                Implementation period: 10 days.
