Controls and Conditions 1. The applicant must be a Saudi national. 2. He must be of excellent conduct and behavior. 3. Obtaining direct, unconditional acceptance in one of the specified specializations and educational institutions to obtain bachelor's, master's, or doctorate degrees, considering that the program accepted is not executive. 4. The study must be conducted in the country of the educational institution's main headquarters.5. Maintaining regularity in studying is a prerequisite. 6. The equivalence of previous qualifications for applicants who have graduated from educational institutions outside the Kingdom. 7. The applicant's documents must be complete and accurate during registration. Individuals whose information registered on the site does not match the official documents will be excluded. 8. ServiceProcedure1- Access the Qubool platform link and log in through the National Unified Access (Nafath) or the Ministry of Education’s Unified Login System. 2- The student’s personal information will be displayed. The student must verify that the information is accurate and update it if necessary before proceeding with the registration process. 3- Enter the required information to complete the scholarship application requirements, such as contact information, language test results, and approved international examination results. 4- Click on the “Start Application” icon, then follow up on the application through the platform.
