The Ministry has provided a set of electronic services that serve beneficiaries inside and outside Saudi Arabia because of the Kingdom’s interest in activating electronic services in government sectors, and the keen interest of the Ministry of Education to facilitate the needs of the beneficiaries.
The portal provides helping files and explanations for all electronic services in the form of interactive pages containing an explanation of the electronic services, as well as video presentations of how to use them.
Follow-up your electronic Requests Outcomes of Your electronic requests via SMS You can follow up on your applications with an SMS that you receive on your mobile phone without having to visit the Ministry's portal. This service is available in the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Overseas Scholarships Program, the Overseas Scholarship Students Program, and the Electronic Correspondence System. You can activate the service by registering or updating your mobile phone number in the Ministry's electronic systems. You also can confirm the number by making any electronic application.
Outcomes of your electronic requests via e-mail You can receive your electronic applications' outcomes via e-mail without having to visit the Ministry's portal. This service is available in the electronic systems of the Ministry. Like the SMS, you can activate the service by registering or updating your e-mail in the Ministry's electronic systems. You also can confirm the number by making any electronic application.
Outcomes of your electronic requests via tracking You can follow your electronic application, especially if it does not require registration, by entering the number you were provided during registration in the APPLICATION FOLLOW UP field. Then the system will update you about the status of your application.
